"We have been bringing our rescue boy Luke (80 pound Chow Shepherd Mix) to AVAH for the past 6 years. In my personal experience with previous vets I often felt like I was buying a used car."Your dog needs XYZ and my financial officer will come in with an estimate."Our boy Luke has had 3 separate surgeries over the years and every time I have been 100% comfortable with the entire process.Both Dr. Reza and Dr. Mina have great bedside manner and take time answer all of my questions and concerns. The staff is also genuinely kind and helpful. Danny the vet tech called me several times on the day of Luke's recent 5 tooth extraction! The whole team stayed after 9pm to make sure Luke was stable enough to come home. We don't have pet insurance and pay out of pocket. The doctors are transparent about the fees and will work with us on creating a customized plan for Luke's care."
