Dr. Reza Moazzen, DVMHospital DirectorDr. Reza has dedicated more than 16 years of his life to caring for animals in need. He began his career helping in a veterinary hospital in 2003 as a Veterinary Technician, and in 2010, he obtained his doctorate degree from Veterinary School. Dr. Reza believes firmly that holistic care is vital to your pet’s health.

Dr. Pablo Etchemendy, DVMAssociate VeterinarianDr. Pablo Etchemendy grew up in Orange County but is originally from Uruguay. He graduated from vet school in his native Uruguay in 2004 and first found his calling in large animal medicine, working in the dairy and beef cattle industry. Dr. Etchemendy and his wife, Cecilia, moved back to the United States in 2009 and he has since gained a tremendous amount of experience working in an emergency small animal hospital and other general practice clinics in Southern California. With three pets of his own, Dr. Etchemendy understands the value in making a pet parent feel that their precious one is in safe hands.

Dr. Shahrzad Giahi
Associate Veterinarian
Dr. Giahi graduated from the University of Tehran in 2007. She previously lived and practiced in South Bay area of Los Angeles. Since then, she's relocated to Orange County and joined OC Veterinary Medical Center in 2019 and specializes in internal medicine and dentistry. Helping pets and their families brings Dr. Giahi the most joy. As a veterinarian, she feels it is her duty to learn to speak her patients' language, since pets cannot speak ours. Outside of helping pets, Dr. Giahi enjoys working out, hiking, reading, and playing pool. She comes home to her rescue cat from the shelter who originally had a rough life on the streets, but now has a loving companion.
